In Memoriam Past International Director Mohan Lal Tulsian of India has died. He served on the international board of directors from 1992 to 1994. He became a Lion in 1973 and was a Life Member of the Calcutta Central Lions Club. A Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow, Tulsian was the senior vice president of the Indian Red Cross Society, vice president of the West Bengal Federation of the United Nations Associations and was involved in many other social and philanthropic organizations. LION Mainstay Retires For 42 years Pamela Mohr has been an editor at the LION. She’s written countless stories on Lions’ service, talked to multitudes of Lions on the phone and attended numerous international conventions. She’s helped Lions understand and appreciate the range and scope of their service. She retired in August. The LION and Lions Clubs International wish her well and thank her for her invaluable service. For the Record As of June 30, Lions Clubs International had 1,379,490 members in 46,746 clubs and 743 districts in more than 200 countries and geographic areas.
